Bus Trip to Pierogi Fest

Event: Full Lunch Buffet at Sawa’s Old Warsaw followed by hoping on a coach bus to attend the Pierogi Fest (Whiting, IN)

Event Breakdown
We are looking for people to join us on a fun trip from Sawa’s Old Warsaw all the way down to Whiting, IN to attend the ever-popular Pierogi Fest. The cost per person includes the Lunch Buffet at Sawa’s Old Warsaw, round-trip accommodations via Coach Bus, and, of course, Pierogi Fest. Reservations are going to fill up fast so do not hesitate to get your seats now!
♥ NEW FEATURE ♥ For those who want to just ride the bus and eat at the festival instead of doing the full lunch buffet first, then you will receive a $20 Food Voucher to use towards your next meal at Sawa’s Old Warsaw. You still need to arrive before 12 Noon to ensure you don’t miss the bus!
Access to Pierogi Fest is Free, however it is recommended to bring some extra cash for food, drinks, and souvenirs. In addition, there will be raffles, and split-the-pot on the bus during the trip.
The Coach Bus does have a lavatory on board. In addition, there is plenty of room if you wish to bring a stroller, scooter, or other equipment necessary to get around the festival. Bringing coolers abord the bus is permitted; however, they are not allowed inside the festival area.
All attendees must sign an event-wavier prior to boarding bus.

** Early Bird Special ~ Sign up today for only $65 per person between May 20th to June 25th. After June 25th the cost will return to the full price of $70 per person.

Event Schedule
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Lunch at Sawa’s Old Warsaw
12:00 p.m. to 12:20 p.m. – Board the bus
12:30 p.m. – Departure for Whiting, IN
1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Arrive and Enjoy Pierogi Fest
5:30 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. – Board the bus
6:00 p.m. – Departure for Broadview, IL
7:00 p.m. – Return to Sawa’s Old Warsaw
Schedule is subject to change as the event draws closer. This bus trip will take place rain or shine.

Additional Notes
⇒ Anyone who signs up for the 2025 Bus Trip will also be added to the Polonia Gazeta (monthly email newsletter) in order to receive updates to the event.
⇒ Prizes Packs from Sawa’s Old Warsaw will be handed out on the bus for all attendees. In the event that the bus trip is cancelled, then Prizes Packs will be mailed to those who signed up.
